Founder & CEO
Our Founder and Executive Director, Sharon Collier, brings her passion and dedication to Making an Impact. Her years of experience in the nonprofit sector, coupled with her commitment to helping people, has made our organization an impactful force in the world. With her leadership, we strive to make a lasting impact on the lives of the people we serve.

Sharon received her BS from Middle Tennessee State University. She has an extensive background in Human Resources and Enrollment Management.

Volunteer Coordinator
At the heart of our mission is our volunteer coordinator, who helps connect individuals and groups with meaningful volunteer opportunities. Through our coordinator, Charisse, volunteers are able to find the right opportunity for them and make an impact in their community.
